Summer is here!

Summer has arrived and I haven't posted any pictures! Owen is 6 months old now, he has 2 teeth so far already and he's rolling over. He loves to babble (both Amos and I think he talks more then Karissa did at this age) and he's learning how to position himself to grab whatever he decides he wants. Yesterday I caught him scooting backwards in the walker and next thing I knew he had some leaves from mom's plant in his hand! He's such a happy little guy and you would never know that he has silent acid reflux.
Karissa will be 3 in September and she's quickly becoming a little lady. She is potty trained now, sleeping in a big girl bed and loves helping to take care of 'Onan'. I asked her to hand a toy to Owen the other day and she informed me, "I'm too busy right now Mommy, I have a lot of work to do."
We've finally started putting Owen in his crib in Karissa's room at night. So far it's been going well except that he's been getting up at 5:00 am the last few mornings and now I feel I have to go and get him so he doesn't wake Karissa up, where as before I just let him go and hoped he would go back to sleep. I thought for sure Karissa wouldn't stay in her bed when she would hear him, but she has. Anyway, here are a few photos from the last few months, enjoy!

We went to the beach for 3 days and Karissa loved digging in the sand as long as her feet weren't actually in the sand. She refused to go into the water because it was too cold.
